North Korea has completed preparations for a nuclear test and is waiting for the best time to launch it, a South Korean MP said, citing information provided by the South Korean Secret Service (NIS), AFP and Kyodo reported.
“Preparations for a nuclear test are now complete and (Pyongyang) is now looking for the right time to do so,” Ha Tae-keung, a member of the National Assembly’s intelligence committee, told reporters.
Despite the rapid spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, signs of a rocket launch were also detected, NIS warned in a briefing with members of the commission, writes Agerpres.
The medicine will be delivered to North Korea by the military
