RDW Design GO represents the satellite events circuit within the Romanian Design Week festival. The Night of Architecture Studios, again part of the Design GO circuit, will take place on May 19th

The Architecture’s Night In event returns to the RDW Design GO program, on the occasion of the 10th edition of the festival. It will take place on May 19, when no less than 17 architecture studios in Bucharest open their doors to colleagues, friends and the general public, to introduce themselves, meet new people and show their latest works and projects in -an informal and relaxed setting.

RDW 2022: a special anniversary edition, under the sign #Forward

Under the theme #Forward, RDW will bring together in its program this year organizations, designers, initiatives and events that will bring to the fore the importance and contribution that the creative industries have in designing a future that meets the criteria of sustainability, inclusion and keeping pace. with the evolution of technology. In addition, the theme reflects the opening of a new chapter on the mission of Romanian Design Week, to encourage the consumption of products and services generated by the disciplines of design and architecture.

The central space of the festival will be again this year the Combined Plastic Fund, an address that brings together an extremely valuable artistic community and which will host some of the main exhibitions of RDW 2022.

In addition to the main destination of RDW and the events of the Design GO program, the general public is also expected to visit the Ion IC Brătianu Cultural Settlements, a heritage ensemble temporarily reopened on the occasion of RDW.
