Ukraine has data that 40,000 people in Mariupol have arrived in either the Donetsk Republic or even Russia

“We have already checked the lists of those who were deported from Mariupol to Russia or the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic. About 40,000 people. Now they’re starting to hide these lists. Unfortunately, we cannot verify everything at the moment, but we continue to work in this direction “, Boicenko also stated. Dozens of women gathered in central Kiev on Wednesday (April 27th) chanting “Save Mariupol” and “Save Azovstal” as Ukrainian soldiers and civilians remain housed in the huge Azovstal steel plant in the southern city of Mariupol.

Protesters, including the wives of Azov fighters, had their faces covered in red paint that mimicked blood and held soft toys and children’s clothes covered in red paint, symbolizing children trapped inside the factory, according to Reuters.

The slogan chanted by the women from the protest was “Save Mariupol”, in an address to the world political elites

The soldiers’ wives called on world leaders, especially Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey, to negotiate a humanitarian corridor for civilians and military personnel to leave the city.
